How do I know if our organization needs Leadership Development or Executive Coaching?

While there is a cross-over in program content associated between the two, Leadership Development is oriented more towards managers and team members within an organization and can be facilitated in groups. Executive Coaching is always a one-on-one process. However the two are not mutually exclusive and identifying candidates for each program is the ideal implementation process for an organization.
